WHAT YOU NEED-
- Mayo– Use good quality mayo of your choice. I like to use the classic Hellman’s mayo or even olive oil mayo.
- Olive Oil– To thin out the sauce and to add rich flavor you want to use olive oil for this sauce.
- Garlic– The key flavors in this rich and creamy sauce are garlic! You can use either freshly minced garlic or roasted garlic.
- Worcestershire Sauce– For a little kick, I love adding Worcestershire sauce to this garlic aioli! It gives it a slight tang that goes so well with the mayo and garlic.
- Flavor– To flavor this creamy homemade sauce this recipe calls for salt and black pepper.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE:
If you want to use roasted garlic, no worries! Preheat the oven to 400F. Take about 3-4 heads of garlic and trim off the top. Add them to a piece of foil and drizzle them with olive oil and some salt. Wrap them up in the foil, tightly. Roast at 400F for about 40 minutes. Remove and cool. Once cool, pop out the softened cloves, mash and add to the aioli!
Although the traditional aioli does not include Worcestershire sauce, I love adding it for extra flavors. You can leave it out if preferred.
Store this sauce in a jar or container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
Yes, for a little kick add some crushed pepper flakes to this aioli.
For added flavors, you can totally add the freshly chopped cilantro or parsley to this sauce.
