Add all the ingredients for the garlic aioli into a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 4 fresh or roasted garlic cloves, minced , 2 tsp worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Transfer the sauce to a jar or container and store it in the fridge until ready to use. (This sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.)
Serve alongside fries for dipping or use as a spread for sandwiches or burgers.
