INGREDIENTS-
- Mayo– The key ingredient to this sauce is of course mayo! Be sure to use a high-quality mayo like Hellman’s mayo or Kewpie mayonnaise.
- Sriracha– For the best results, use the original Huy Fong sriracha hot sauce! But you can also use off brand sriracha sauces, I like to use Trader Joe’s sriracha sauce.
- Vinegar– Adding classic white vinegar helps enhance flavors and gives it extra creaminess.
- Sugar– To balance out the tangy flavors, a bit of granulated sugar elevates the flavors and balances out the spice from the hot sauce and tang from the vinegar!
- Lemon– Either lemon or lime can be used!

- In a bowl or jar, add all the ingredients for the sauce.
