GREEK CHICKEN RECIPE

If you need an easy and delicious chicken recipe this Greek chicken marinade is going to blow you away! The marinade is a simple mixture of olive oil, Greek yogurt and a bunch of seasonings that give you the ultimate Greek-inspired flavors. This Greek chicken recipe made for the perfect weeknight dinner, great for meal prepping or when hosting! Pair it with your favorite Mediterranean sides for the perfect dinner.

WHAT YOU NEED-

  • Chicken– You can use any chicken you prefer for this Greek marinade! Boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, bone-in chicken thighs, drumsticks, or even chicken wings!
  • Greek Yogurt– This recipe calls for plain Greek yogurt. Adding yogurt to this chicken marinade gives you soft and tender chicken.
  • Oil– Either olive oil or canola oil can be used, although I recommend olive oil.
  • Seasonings– What gives this chicken that Mediterranean twist is the seasonings in this Greek chicken marinade! This recipe calls for a mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili powder, nutmeg and a little bit of cinnamon. You can also use a premade Greek chicken seasoning blend.

HOW TO MARINATE CHICKEN
