PORK TENDERLOIN

The meat is marinated in a flavorful pork tenderloin marinade, giving you the ultimate flavors. This pork recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners, when hosting and even a classic during the holidays!

WHAT YOU NEED-

  • Pork– You want to be sure you are using pork tenderloin NOT pork loin. Pork loin is a bigger, fattier cut that has different cooking time.
  • Oil– Coating the pork in oil gives the seasonings something to adhere to, and it helps soften up the meat, giving you tender, juicy pork. You can use canola, olive oil, vegetable oil or even avocado oil. I prefer olive oil.
  • Mayo– Adding mayo to the pork tenderloin marinade is a game changer! Use either regular or avocado mayo.
  • Seasonings– The seasonings for this flavorful pork tenderloin is a combination of all the classic seasonings! Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning! If you want to add different flavors or store-bought dry rubs you totally can!
  • Water– Adding a little bit of water to the dish when baking the pork tenderloin results in juicy pork. Be sure not to skip this step.
