WHAT YOU NEED-

  • Olive Oil– This recipe calls for olive oil, be sure to use a high-quality olive oil. You can substitute the olive oil for any other lightly flavored oils.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar– For the best results add apple cider vinegar, it adds a tangy and tart kick to the dressing. You can substitute apple cider vinegar for classic white vinegar or lemon juice!
  • Honey– Adding honey is a touch of natural sweetness that complements the sharpness of the vinegar and Dijon mustard. Use any preferred honey.
  • Dijon Mustard– A key ingredient that brings a mild, sharp flavor, adding depth and a slight creaminess to the dressing, while helping to bind the ingredients together. Do NOT use classic yellow mustard.
  • Garlic– For the best results, use freshly minced garlic or jarred minced garlic. I don’t recommend substituting for garlic powder.
  • Flavors– To season, add salt and pepper to this delicious homemade dressing. For a slight kick, add some red pepper flakes!
