RAISING CANE’S SAUCE RECIPE
Raising Canes is a popular Southern food chain that is popular for its chicken and cane sauce! The sauce is loaded with tangy flavors that makes for the ultimate dipping sauce for chicken and fries. Our copycat recipe is so easy to make and tastes just like the original sauce.
WHAT YOU NEED-
- Mayo– For the best results, we recommend that you use classic mayo. You can also use light mayo or even avocado mayo.
- Ketchup– You want to use classic ketchup for this sauce. Any brand will work, we like to use Heinz ketchup.
- Worcestershire– The secret to the sauce is the Worcestershire sauce, you do NOT want to leave it out! This is what brings the flavors all together, giving you a creamy and tangy sauce.
- Hot Sauce– Any hot sauce can be used, but we recommend Frank’s red hot sauce.
- Flavors– To elevate the flavors in this sauce you want to use garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to season the sauce.
