TACO BELL QUESADILLA SAUCE

This creamy taco bell’s quesadilla sauce is so easy to make and gives you a great copycat sauce. The sauce is a mixture of mayo, sour cream, jalapenos and seasonings. The sauce is great to add into your quesadillas, tacos, or even your burritos!

WHAT YOU NEED-

  • Mayo– The mayo is the base for this sauce! You can use classic mayo, light mayo or even avocado mayo.
  • Sour Cream– Adding sour cream makes this sauce creamier! Classic or light sour cream can be used.
  • Jalapeno– You want to use canned jalapenos NOT fresh! Be sure to finely chop the jalapenos.
  • Jalapeno Juice– Adding the canned jalapeno juice is KEY! This makes the sauce creamier and gives you more flavor.
  • Flavors– The seasonings are what brings together this sauce! This recipe calls for salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne.

HOW TO MAKE TACO BELL QUESADILLA SAUCE

This copycat quesadilla sauce comes together in under 5 minutes, so easy and delicious!

  1. Finely chop the canned jalapenos. Add all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined. Use as desired or store the sauce.

STORING

If stored properly, this creamy jalapeno sauce can last up to 4-5 days in the fridge!

  • Add the sauce in an airtight container or jar to avoid the sauce from drying out. Store in the fridge, we do not recommend freezing it.
