GREEK SALAD DRESSING RECIPE
Want to elevate your salads with a burst of fresh, Mediterranean flavor? Try this easy homemade Greek salad dressing! The perfect combination of tangy, zesty, and savory. Made with simple ingredients like olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and aromatic herbs, it adds the perfect finishing touch to any salad. Whether you’re dressing a classic Greek salad or adding some extra flair to your greens, this dressing is perfect!
WHAT YOU NEED-
- Oil– While olive oil is the star of this dressing, you can easily swap it for avocado oil for a slightly different twist. However, I highly recommend steering clear of canola or vegetable oils, as they won’t give you the same depth of flavor.
- Vinegar– Red wine vinegar is the go-to for a bold, tangy kick! You can also use regular white vinegar if that’s all you have on hand.
- Dijon Mustard– A touch of Dijon mustard adds just the right amount of creaminess and tang, perfectly balancing the boldness of the other ingredients.
- Garlic– For the best results you want to use freshly minced garlic, but you can also use garlic powder.
- Flavor–To pull all the flavors together, don’t forget to season the dressing generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. These ingredients elevate the dressing to its full potential!
