With just 6 simple ingredients, you can have this recipe ready in no time!
- Cream Cheese– You can use either regular cream cheese or low-fat cream cheese!
- Yogurt– This recipe is made with plain Vanilla Greek yogurt, but you can also substitute it for plain vanilla yogurt.
- Powder Sugar– To sweeten this pumpkin pie dip, we use confectioners’ sugar (powdered sugar).
- Pumpkin– This dip calls for canned pumpkin puree, make sure you do NOT use canned pumpkin pie!
- Pumpkin Spice– For additional pumpkin flavoring, you want to add pumpkin pie spice.
- Vanilla– Adding vanilla extract elevates the flavors in this creamy pumpkin dip.

- With a mixer, mix the cream cheese until creamy. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine,
- Transfer to a dipping bowl and chill in the fridge or serve.

Easy No Bake Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz softened cream cheese 1 pack
- 5.3 oz greek vanilla yogurt 1 pack or ½ cup
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- With a mixer, mix the cream cheese until creamy. Add in the yogurt, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice and mix until well combined.
- Transfer to a dipping bowl and chill in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes.
- Serve with desired sides.
