PUMPKIN COLD BREW
The famous Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew is a fall specialty drink. The drink is made with smooth cold brew coffee topped with the famous sweet cream cold foam flavored with pumpkin! This copycat recipe is just as good and way cheaper and you can enjoy it without leaving your home.
WHAT YOU NEED-
- Coffee– Your favorite cold brew coffee will work for this recipe. You can even make cold brew coffee yourself!
- Creamer– Be sure to use plain half and half creamer or milk for the cold foam. You can also make this dairy free by using almond creamer, oat milk or any other non dairy creamer. If you use non-dairy creamer, your cream won’t be as foamy.
- Heavy Cream– Adding a splash of heavy cream ensures your cold foam is extra creamy just like when you order it at Starbucks! For a lighter version, leave the heavy cream out.
- Pumpkin Sauce– Use either store-bought pumpkin sauce or our easy Starbucks copycat Pumpkin sauce!
- Vanilla– Adding vanilla extract totally elevates the cold foam.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice– For additional spice flavoring, you can add either pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN SPICE COLD BREW
This recipe is so delicious and comes together so quickly, you are going to LOVE it!
- In a small bowl or large measuring cup add creamer, heavy cream, pumpkin sauce, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
- With a mixer or hand frother, froth until the cream is foamy and creamy!
- Add ice and cold brew coffee to your serving cup.
- Pour in the pumpkin cream cold foam. Enjoy as is or stir and enjoy.
FROTHING METHODS-
There are several different methods you can use froth your cold foam!
- Hand Frother– A simple hand frother works great to foam this cream!
- Frother Machine– We love this classic frothing machine; it works great to froth! It can even froth hot or cold.
- Jar– Add all the ingredients in a mason jar and close, then shake up until foamy.
- Whisk– Use a simple hand whisker to frother this cream, whisk quickly to allow air to flow which is what helps foam the creamer.
- Mixer– Use the whisk attachment to your hand mixer and whisk until foamy.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
Yes! You can use classic brewed coffee or even espresso!
You can totally make the pumpkin cold foam dairy free! Use almond, soy, oat creamer or milk.
You can either make a batch of our simple Pumpkin sauce or just use pumpkin puree. Instead of pumpkin sauce, add 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree and 1 Tbsp maple syrup to the cream and then frother.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- ice cubes
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam-
- 1/3 Tbsp half and half creamer
- 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin sauce
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl or measuring cup add creamer, heavy cream, pumpkin sauce, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice and blend with a hand mixer until foamy.
- Add ice and cold brew coffee to your serving cup.
- Pour in the pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Serve as is or stir and enjoy!
