WHAT YOU NEED-
- Tropical Fruit– You want to use a good variety of fresh tropical fruit. Tropical fruit is typically the fruit that grows in warm, tropical climates. For this salad, I love to use watermelon, pineapple, honeydew, and cantaloupe!
- Honey– For the dressing, you want to use your favorite honey! The honey balances out the tart from the lime juice, giving you a perfect fruit salad dressing.
- Lime– Either freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice can be used for this dressing. It is preferable to use lime juice since it is paired great with the seasonings in the dressing.
- Flavors– The seasonings for the fruit salad dressing are salt, chili powder, and paprika. You can also just use the popular tajin seasoning instead.
