This simple peach salsa recipe is loaded with flavors that go surprisingly well together! Fresh peaches combined with peppers, jalapenos, onions, lime juice and a bit of chili powder, the ultimate salsa. This will quickly replace all your other salsa recipes!
WHAT YOU NEED-
- Peaches– You want to use fresh ripe peaches for this salsa! Make sure the peaches are not overripe to avoid mushy salsa.
- Onion– For the best results we recommend using red onion for this dip. You can also use sweet onions.
- Peppers– Mini bell peppers or regular bell peppers work great for this recipe; you want to use red peppers.
- Jalapenos-You want to use fresh jalapenos! Add some of the seeds for a spicier salsa. You can substitute for canned jalapenos if you need.
- Garlic– Freshly minced garlic cloves bring so much flavor to this fresh salsa!
- Cilantro– Fresh chopped cilantro is a must for this dip! If you do not like cilantro, then you can opt out of adding cilantro to the dish.
- Lime– Fresh lime juice and lime zest brings that tangy zest flavor to this recipe. You can also use lemon instead.
- Flavor– To season the salsa, we use salt and chili powder. You can use any other your other favorite seasonings.
HOW TO MAKE FRESH PEACH SALSA
This light and fresh peach salsa recipe is such an easy recipe and comes together in under 10 minutes.
- Chop and prepare all the ingredients for the salsa, add to a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until combined. Taste and season additional to taste if needed.
- Allow it to cool in the fridge if you prefer cold salsa. Serve as desired.
MAKING AHEAD & STORING
If you want to make this salsa ahead of time, no problem! Make the salsa and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You do not want to make it too early or too much juice will release and then the salsa will get soggy.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches chopped (4-5 peaches)
- 3 Tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh jalapeno finely chopped (1 medium jalapeno)
- 1 freshly garlic clove minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ Tbsp lime zest
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients for the salsa.
- Add the chopped peaches, onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, zest, salt and chili powder to a bowl.
- Mix until well combined. Serve immediately or chilled.
