WHAT YOU NEED-
- Chicken– This buffalo chicken dip calls for shredded chicken! You can use either homemade shredded chicken, rotisserie chicken, or canned shredded chicken. For the best results, I recommend you either shred your own chicken or use rotisserie chicken.
- Cream Cheese– Your creamy base for this chicken dip is cream cheese! Either classic or low-fat cream cheese can be used. Be sure the cream cheese is softened.
- Hot Sauce– For the best results, use Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce! You can also use any other off-brand buffalo sauce.
- Sour Cream– Either sour cream or plain non-fat Greek yogurt will work. This adds more creaminess.
- Ranch– Adding Ranch dressing to this creamy chicken dip adds additional flavors that you are going to love. You can use either classic or buttermilk Ranch dressing.
- Shredded Cheese– You want to use shredded Colby jack cheese, mild cheddar cheese or a taco blend shredded cheese.
- Green Onion– Freshly chopped green onions go great in this Buffalo chicken dip! You can totally leave the green onion out if desired.
- Flavor– For added flavor, I like to season the dip with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika! You can flavor this dip to taste!
