WHAT YOU NEED-
- Tortillas– You want to use medium flour tortillas for this quesadilla recipe. You can also make mini quesadillas and use small tortillas.
- Beef– This recipe calls for ground beef, for the best results use a 75% lean, 15% fat ground beef. You can also swap the ground beef for ground chicken or ground turkey.
- Flavors– To season the ground beef, this recipe calls for a simple blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. You can use any of your other favorite seasonings, like burger seasoning.
- Cheese– Use your go to shredded cheese for this recipe. Mexican blend, mild cheddar, taco blend, or any other shredded cheese will work.
- Pickles– You can’t go wrong with crisp pickles in your quesadilla. You can add chopped or sliced pickles to the filling. Swap for relish or just leave out the pickles totally if preferred.
- Burger Sauce– The key to the best burger is burger sauce! You don’t want to miss it in these burger quesadillas. Use my homemade burger sauce or swap for your favorite store-bought burger sauce.
