Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp green onion finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
- Sauté the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and coleslaw to the skillet. Toss and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
