  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
  • Sauté the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  • Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and coleslaw to the skillet. Toss and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  • Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with freshly chopped greens and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately with desired sides.
