In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.
Sauté the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and coleslaw to the skillet. Toss and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with freshly chopped greens and sesame seeds.
