Ingredients

Wings-

Garlic Parm Wing Sauce-

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted or salted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions

Baked Wings-

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. (The foil is for easier cleanup.)
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water, then pat them completely dry with paper towels. Add the wings to a large bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings, 2 Tbsp olive oil , or canola oil, 1 ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack, making sure no wings overlap.
  • Bake at 425°F for 45-50 minutes or until golden, crispy and cooked through. (You can flip the wings halfway through baking time for extra crisp.)
  • Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the remaining sauce ingredients until combined.
4 Tbsp unsalted or salted butter, melted, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Transfer the baked chicken wings to a bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss until all the wings are evenly coated.
  • Add the garlic parmesan wings to a serving plate and top with extra freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately with ranch dressing and your favorite sides.

Air Fryer Wings-

  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, add the wings, oil, and seasonings and toss until the wings are fully and evenly coated.
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings, 2 Tbsp olive oil , or canola oil, 1 ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. (If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook the wings in batches to avoid overcrowding.)
  • Air fry at 400°F for 20-22 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and become crispy on all sides.
  • Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, remove from pan from the heat and add the rest of the sauce ingredients and mix to combine.
4 Tbsp unsalted or salted butter, melted, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • When the wings are golden brown and crispy, transfer them to a bowl, pour the garlic parmesan sauce over top, and toss to coat.
  • Return the coated wings to the air fryer for an additional 1–2 minutes so the sauce can stick to the wings and caramelize slightly.
  • Remove the wings from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter. Top with additional grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides and ranch for dipping.
