  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  • In a large bowl, add the wings, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. With tongs, mix until the wings are all full coated in seasoning.
  • Preheat and clean the grill grates.
  • Once the grill is hot, add the marinated chicken wings to the grill, laying out in a single layer.
  • Grill the wings on medium heat until crispy and cooked through, about 16-18 minutes. Be sure to watch the chicken and flip them as needed to avoid them from burning.
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove the chicken from the grill. (If you are coating the wings in sauce, brush the wings in desired sauce about 2-3 minutes before removing from the grill.)
  • Serve with desired sides and sauces.
