In a large bowl, add the wings, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. With tongs, mix until the wings are all full coated in seasoning.
Preheat and clean the grill grates.
Once the grill is hot, add the marinated chicken wings to the grill, laying out in a single layer.
Grill the wings on medium heat until crispy and cooked through, about 16-18 minutes. Be sure to watch the chicken and flip them as needed to avoid them from burning.
Once the wings are cooked, remove the chicken from the grill. (If you are coating the wings in sauce, brush the wings in desired sauce about 2-3 minutes before removing from the grill.)
