As the pizza dough rises, prepare all the toppings for your sheet pan pizza.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Drizzle a 9x13 baking sheet with olive oil, coating the entire sheet, including the sides.
Transfer the pizza dough to the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle some more oil over the dough. Then with your fingertips, gently press and stretch the dough outward from the center until it covers the entire sheet. (If the dough springs back, let it rest for a few minutes and continue stretching.)
Add the pizza sauce to the dough, then with a spoon or spatula, spread the sauce over all the dough. (You can leave a little border around to create a crust, if desired.)
1 cup marinara sauce
Top with shredded cheese, covering the entire pizza. Add your choice of toppings all over the pizza.
1/4 cup pepperoni slices, 6 oz ground Italian sausage, cooked, 6 oz sauteed sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup green peppers, sliced, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, until the bottom of the crust is golden and cooked through and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple minutes. Top with grated parmesan cheese and slice.
Serve immediately with desired sides.
