This fresh and easy mango salsa recipe is the perfect appetizer or side dish! A delicious salsa loaded with sweet mangoes, crisp veggies, fresh cilantro and lime.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh mangoes chopped about 3 mangoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh jalapeno finely chopped about 2 medium jalapeno
  • 2 freshly garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients for the salsa.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the fresh salsa into a bowl and mix until well combined. (Taste and adjust the salt and chili powder, based on preference and how much of a kick you want.)
    3 cups fresh mangoes chopped, about 3 mangoes, 1/4 cup red onion , finely chopped, 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped, 1/2 cup red pepper , finely chopped, 1/3 cup fresh jalapeno finely chopped, about 2 medium jalapeno, 2 freshly garlic clove minced, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , finely chopped, 3 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp salt, or to taste, ½ tsp chili powder
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, to allow the juices to release and flavors to enhance. (You can serve right away, but for the best flavors allow the salsa to chill for at least 30 minutes.)
  • Serve as an appetizer with your favorite tortilla chips or as a side on your favorite protein.
