Crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
Crispy breakfast potatoes made in the air fryer, ready in just 20 minutes! Cubed potatoes tossed in oil and seasoning and cooked in the air fryer, a great breakfast recipe.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into small bite sized cubes, all equal in size for even cooking.
Transfer the potatoes into a bowl. Add in the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning and toss until well combined.
Add the seasoned potato to the air fryer basket and air fryer for 400℉ for 13-15 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Transfer to a plate and top with freshly chopped greens, flakey salt and ground black pepper.
Serve with desired side dishes.
