  • Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk the cooled melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  • Once combined, add in the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Add in the chocolate chip morsels and combine. Cover the batter and chill for atleast 30 minutes. (You can chill up to 3-4 days) If you prefer, shape the cookie balls before chilling.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line the baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • If you didn’t shape the cookies before chilling, shape. Using a scooper, take about 2 tablespoons of the chilled cookie dough and form cook dough balls.
  • Lay out the cookie balls onto the line baking sheets 1-2 inches apart from each other, do not overcrowd.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 10 minutes until slightly turning golden and remove. Allow you to rest for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve warm or cooled.

Baking Frozen Cookie Dough-

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line the baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Add the frozen cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing out about 1-2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350℉ for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden and remove from the oven. Allow to rest for about 5-10 minutes and then serve.
