Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch bread pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray. (Leave some parchment paper hanging over the edges so you can easily lift the loaf out after baking.)
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
Whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, granulate sugar, brown sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet batter and whisk just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips to combine.
Pour the banana bread batter to the lined bread pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes, until the bread is golden and baked through. (Run a toothpick through the center of the loaf, if it is done, it will come out clean.)
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer the bread loaf to a cooling rack and let it finish cooling.
Slice and serve.
