WHAT YOU NEED-

  • Artichoke– You want to use canned artichoke hearts for this dip recipe! Artichoke hearts are the key ingredient in this spinach and artichoke dip recipe.
  • Spinach– Either fresh or frozen chopped spinach can be used!
  • Cream Cheese– The creamy dip base is cream cheese! Use either softened classic or low-fat cheese.
  • Sour Cream– You can use either sour cream, or plain Greek yogurt can be used. This helps add creaminess to this dip.
  • Mayo– Mayo is another creaminess component in this creamy spinach artichoke dip!
  • Garlic– Freshly minced garlic, jarred minced garlic or even garlic powder will work. For the best results, I recommend that you use fresh garlic.
  • Flavor– To season this dip, this recipe calls for salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes! If you don’t like spice, you can add less red pepper flakes or leave it out completely.
