Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

This easy spinach artichoke dip recipe is a delicious and easy appetizer. Creamy dip loaded with spinach, artichoke hearts and loads of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
  • 4 cups lightly packed chopped spinach fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip-

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Combine the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In a casserole dish or bowl, add the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • With a spatula or spoon, mix until everything is well combined. (If mixing in a bowl, then transfer to the casserole dish.)
  • Spread the dip evenly in the casserole dish and top with shredded cheese, covering all the dip.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes, until the spinach artichoke dip is bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes and serve warm.
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, bagel chips, etc.

Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip-

  • Add the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, minced garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and shredded cheese to the crockpot bowl.
  • With a spoon or spatula, mix everything until combined.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for about 1 hour, or until creamy, cheesy and warmed through.
  • Stir the dip and turn off or put on a warm setting and enjoy.
  • Serve warm with desired dippers.
