Nothing better than this easy yogurt parfait recipe! Creamy yogurt loaded with fresh fruit and crunchy homemade granola, the ultimate breakfast, snack or dessert.
If using plain Greek yogurt, mix with honey until combined. (Adjust the sweetness to desired level.)
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or flavored, 2 Tbsp honey, if using plain Greek yogurt
Wash, dry and prepare the fruit you will be using.
Divide the yogurt between two cups, jars or containers. Layer the yogurt with fresh fruit and top with the granola. (Evenly divide the ingredients between your 2 parfaits.)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped or sliced, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/3 cup fresh raspberries, 2/3 cup granola, homemade or storebought
Serve immediately or store it in the fridge for up to 2-4 days. (If making ahead, wait to add granola until ready to serve.)
