Clean and pat dry the salmon fillets and cube into even sized pieces. Add the salmon to a bowl or bag and mix with teriyaki sauce until fully combined.
Air Fryer Salmon- Transfer the marinated salmon bites to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 7-8 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
Stove Top Salmon- Heat a large skillet with oil on medium high heat.
Once hot, add the marinated salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, carefully flipping to avoid the salmon from falling apart.
