Salmon Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon cubed
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce

Bowl-

  • 2 cups jasmine rice cooked and divided
  • 1 cup carrots julienned or shredded
  • 1 cup cucumbers julienned or sliced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced or cubed
  • spicy mayo sauce for topping
  • sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  • Clean and pat dry the salmon fillets and cube into even sized pieces. Add the salmon to a bowl or bag and mix with teriyaki sauce until fully combined.
  • Air Fryer Salmon- Transfer the marinated salmon bites to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 7-8 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
  • Stove Top Salmon- Heat a large skillet with oil on medium high heat.
  • Once hot, add the marinated salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, carefully flipping to avoid the salmon from falling apart.
  • Divide the rice between your serving bowls. Then top with salmon and desired toppings.
  • Drizzle with spicy mayo sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy with sushi nori paper.
