Ingredients

  • 6 regular croissants
  • 12 oz deli ham 12 slices
  • 12 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce

Garlic Butter-

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (You can use a baking sheet or casserole dish.)
  • Cut all the croissants in half, horizontally, to create a sandwich style croissant.
  • Add the bottom half of the croissants to the baking sheet. Spread the croissants with honey mustard sauce, leaving sauce for the top croissants.
  • Add a slice of cheese, two slices of ham and then another slice of cheese to the croissants.
  • Spread more honey mustard sauce on the top piece of the croissant and close to create a sandwich. (You should have 6 sandwiches laid out on the baking sheet or dish.)
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • With a pastry brush, brush all the sandwiches with the garlic butter.
  • Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until the croissants are toasted and cheese has melted.
  • Serve warm with additional honey mustard sauce.
