Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and then cut into even sized potato wedges, about 1-inch wide pieces.
Add the sliced potatoes into a large bowl with cold ice water. Keep the potatoes in an ice bath for about 5-10 minutes.
Pat down the wedges until fully dry and add into a bowl or bag. Toss with oil and the spice blend until well combined.
Place the potato wedges into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway in between. Air fry the potatoes until golden crispy.
Top with freshly grated salt and pepper and serve with desired dipping sauces.
