Remove the fat from the tenders.
Prepare by setting out three separate bowls:
In bowl 1, mix the flour, salt and pepper.
In bowl 2, whisk together the eggs.
In bowl 3, combine panko crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chili powder.
Add the chicken tenders into bowl 1, bowl 2, then bowl 3. Make sure the chicken is fully coated and dredged in each bowl. Transfer to a plate or baking sheet.
Repeat until all the chicken tenders are coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with baking spray and add the coated tenders to the basket, do NOT overfill. Spray the chicken tenders with some baking spray to avoid your chicken from drying out. (Depending on your air fryer size, you might need to cook the chicken in several batches.)
Air fry at 400°F for 10-14 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the tenders reach 165°F. Flip the tenders halfway through the cook time, and spray again with baking spray if desired.
Remove the tenders from the air fryer basket and serve with desired sauces and sides.
