Platter loaded with a colorful assortment of veggies, dips, pretzels, chips and more! WHAT YOU NEED-
There are no strict rules or ingredients to this platter, you can add or take away ingredients that you don’t like!
- Platter– Use any platter or tray that you have on hand, no matter the shape or size! You can also just use your countertop with parchment paper!
- Veggies– You want to have a colorful selection of vegetables, the more colors you have the prettier your platter will be! You can use mini bell peppers, celery, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, carrots, purple cauliflower, and any other raw vegetables you like.
- Dips– Having an assortment of different dips for your veggies totally elevates the platter! Dips like Hummus, Whipped Feta Dip, cold spinach and artichoke dip, and of course Ranch dip! Make our homemade Ranch dip, so easy and delicious.
- Extras– Load up your crudité platter with other snacks such as pita chips, pretzels, pretzel crisps, popcorn, cheese, crackers, olives, mixed nuts and more!
HOW TO MAKE THE ULTIMATE VEGETABLE PLATTER
There is no specific way to make a veggie tray, just have fun, and play around with the layout until you get the perfect platter. Here are some tips and tricks to create a beautiful board.
- Start off by adding your dips into cute bowls, or in hollowed out bell peppers! Then spread the bowls out on the platter.
- Rinse and dry the veggies. Start spreading and arranging the veggies around the dips.
- Fill the remaining spaces with your extras so the platter is full.
| Storing Ideas– You want to prepare the veggie tray right before serving so everything is fresh and cold. To prepare ahead of time, you can wash and dry the veggies beforehand and transfer the dips in the desired bowls. When ready to serve layout the tray! You do not want to leave the dips out at room temperature for longer than 5 hours. |

Ingredients
- 1 cup ranch dip
- 1 cup hummus dip
- 8 oz baby carrots
- 8 oz medium broccoli florets
- 8 mini bell peppers
- 3 min cucumbers sliced
- 1 celery stalk sliced
- 6 oz cherry tomatoes
